Under no circumstances shall Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR) be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered that is claimed to have resulted from the use of the Database, including, and without limitation, any fault, error, omission, interruption or delay. The Database is used at the user`s own risk. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall CCHR be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage.
Neither CCHR nor any of its employees shall be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, alteration or use of any content or for its timeliness or completeness, nor shall they be liable for any failure of performance, computer virus or communication line failures, regardless of cause or any damage resulting therefrom.
CCHR may make changes or improvments at any time.
ENDORSEMENT POLICY
All data provided on the Cambodian Trial Monitoring Database are available free of charge and may be copied freely, duplicated and further distributed provided that CCHR and the Cambodian Trial Monitoring Database is cited as the reference.
You may not publicly represent or imply that CCHR is participating in, or has sponsored, approved or endorsed the manner or purpose of your use or reproduction of the Database. CCHR will prosecute, to the fullest extent of the law, any use of CCHR Materials in a manner that falsifies, misrepresents, disparages or fraudulently uses the Materials.
ASSOCIATION
You may not use any official mark, official emblem or logo of CCHR without The Cambodian Center for Human Rights‘ prior written consent nor in any event to represent or imply an association or affiliation with CCHR.
REGARDING THE CHANGE IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
CCHR can revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Cambodia, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site.
