Thank you for visiting Rainbow Khmer Portal, the Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity ("SOGI") project of Cambodian Center for Human Rights (CCHR). Your interest in and support is greatly appreciated and essential to our ongoing efforts to promote and protect the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender ("LGBT") people in the Kingdom of Cambodia ("Cambodia").
We have developed this user-friendly Portal as an informative resource for individuals and organizations working on or simply interested in the situation of LGBT people in Cambodia. The Portal provides free information, including recent news related to sexual orientation and gender identity in Cambodia, important publications relevant to the rights of LGBT people, both in Cambodian and internationally, a database of relevant national and international laws, a detailed directory of LGBT activists and organizations in Cambodia, a glossary of LGBT terms and more. All of the information on the Portal is free to use and can be downloaded and redistributed for educational and advocacy purposes. We encourage the sharing of knowledge and building of networks in order to promote respect for the rights of LGBT people in Cambodia and throughout the world.
